Leave Rules

• No leave of absence is granted except a previous written. Application from the parents/guardens for serious reason. This must explained in the Non-Attendance and leave record paged toward the end of school diary and signed by the parents or guardians, Oral request by pupils unaccompanied by Parents notes for leave of absence will not be entertained.
• For leave of absence for I to 3 days it is sufficient to apply through the pages of the school diary.
• For leave absence for more than 3 days a letter must be sent.
• Repeated absence without leave of unexplained absence for more than ten consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.
• All are expected to attend school on the re-opening day. Those who are absent without leave will be fined Rs. 5/- The absentees on account of illness must present a medical certificate before they are admitted to class.
